Refund policy
*Note that we do not process refunds to credit cards for any reason.
KONA KINIS SWIMWEAR EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Kona Kinis purchase. We offer store credit for ALL KONA KINIS SWIMWEAR EXCHANGES that meet the eligible qualifications below:
Size exchanges only! We do not offer style exchanges.
Item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Item must be returned in its original condition, unworn with tags and hygiene sticker attached. Swimwear returned without hygiene sticker will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued.
Item must have no visible marks or stains.
Item must have no scent from perfumes or deodorants.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin the exchange process:
- Check your items to make sure they meet the eligible qualifications.
- Email aloha@konakinis.com with your order number and the item name.
- Ship the item to the address provided.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the Swimwear shows any signs of damage, scents, wear or has been altered in any way, you will not receive a credit.
If your return is approved, we will issue you a store credit to your email.
If your package is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, but you did not receive it, it is up to you to contact the local postal service to follow up with the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Kona Kinis is not liable to refund or resend your order.
If you did not receive your package and it has not been confirmed as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service please email aloha@konakinis.com for investigation.
